Hi, I’m KEILAH

A wellness coach for educators.  As an educator, I am committed to help support educators in their wellness journey.

As a coach, educator and meditation teacher, Keilah's passion is helping other educators transform their lives so that they can be and experience their best life. After 15+ years in domestic and international education as a classroom teacher and campus administrator, she was able to transform her life from burnout, compassion fatigue and trauma that had finally taken its toll after years of working in education. She believes that true learning, engagement and growth happen when we are given opportunities to unlock our full potential through supportive relationships and community to help navigate our inner and outer world to reach our full potential!
